<br />Minutes of the regular meeting of December 14th, 1931, ,and of the adjourn
<br />ed meeting of Decemher 28th, 1931, were read and approved.
<br />

<br />The Finance Committee, hy Chairman Large, r~commended that the City pur-
<br />chase from Smith, Camp & Riley ~3,000 Lane County 5% honds, due May 1, 1933, at p I'
<br />and interest for the sinking fund investment. Motion was made-and. seconded that
<br />the recommendation be adopted. The ayes and_nays were called, all councilmen
<br />present voting aye, nay, none, absent Lamb, Reid, and Simon. '
<br />
<br />Chainnan Large of the finance committee reported the following bills to
<br />the Council with the recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made
<br />and seconded tjhat warrants he dravm for the same. The ayes and nays were cal'led,
<br />all councilmen present voting aye,.nay, none, absent Lamb, Reid, and Simon.
