W. Copeland Yards Company on the North side of 8th <br />Avenue West between Olive and Charnelton Streets. <br /> <br />....... <br />....... <br />.,;;.,1 <br /> <br />J......... <br /> <br />Dated at Eugene, Oregon, February 16th, 1932. <br />Elisha Large, :Mayor. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />Council Chambers, Eugene, Oregon, <br />February 16th, 1932. <br /> <br />Council met pursuant to the above call of the 1~yor and was <br />called to order by Mayor Large with all councilmen present, except Reid <br />and Zumwalt. Representatives of the J. W. Copeland Yards Company were also <br />present and also members of the Board of Appeals. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The purpose of the call was stated, and after some discussion <br />Councilman Lamb moved that the matter be re-referred to the Board of Appeals <br />to take up with the Copeland Yards Company and see if it was possible to <br />arrive at any satisfactory conclusion. Motion was seconded and carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Lamb also moved that the Building Inspector be instructed <br />to notify the Company to cease construction, pending the settlement of the <br />question involved. Motion was seconded and carried. <br /> <br />On motion, the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />R. S.
