The Recorder read a communication from the State Industrial Accident Commis- sion, reciting that the commission found it impossible to establish two rates cove - ing the operation of the fire department inside and outside of the City Limits. The communication stated that ,there would be no change in the rate for the coming fiscal year, but tflat accidents in connection with service outside of the corporat limits. of Eugene ~n not be compensated by the com~ssion.
