<br /> Chairman Zumwalt of the Health eownittee reported the building at the
<br /> Northwest corner of 3~d and Lincoln Streets as a nuisance and a menace to health
<br /> and safety, and the City Attorney was instructed to prepa.J:'e the necessary papers
<br /> for its condemnation.
<br /> Mr. Zumwal t also reported another p.J:'operty at 21st and Villard Streets,
<br /> known as the Kinney property, as subject to condemnation, and the Attorney was
<br /> instructed to investigate this.

<br /> This matter coming on to be heard before the COffi::lon Council of the Ci ty
<br /> of Eugene, pu.rsuant to notice on, November 14, 1932, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. of
<br /> said day, in the office of the Cit.V- Recorder in the City Hall in the City of
<br /> Eugene, Lane Gounty, Oregon, and it appeal"ing to the Council that a petition of
<br /> the ,property owners adjoining the property herein described have petitioned the
