I [I I Councilman Reid, Chairman of the Sewer Committee, recommended that the City proceed to make sewer repairs at the followiy~ locations: Between 11th and 12th Avenues from Jefferson to VJashine;ton Streets, and Between Lincoln and Lawrence Streets from 15th to 16th Avenues. And that Engineer Clubb be instructed to procee with said installation, paying for the necessary pipe from the Trunk Sewer Fund, and being instructed that the labor is to be supplied by the Reconstruction Finance Committee.
