<br />a: <br /> <br />~~ - <br /> <br />~ <br />1-9:1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Eugene, Oregon, <br />May 1, 1933. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL fuffiETING OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given to the members of the 60~non Council of the City <br />of Eugene that I have called a special meeting of said Council to meet at <br />the Recorder's Office in the City Hall at 5:00 o'clock P.M.,. to consider the <br />re~uest of the Shell Oil Company for permission to cut curbings and construct <br />driveways in connection with the construction of a distributing .plant at the <br />Southwest corner of Eleventh and Oak Streets. <br /> <br />.~ <br />~ , <br /> <br />Da t ed at Euge ne, o reg on, May 1, 1933. <br /> <br />Elisha Large, <br /> <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />Council Chambers, hUF,ene, Oregon. <br />May 1, 1933. <br /> <br />Council met pursuant to t;he above call of the Mayor at 5:00 o'clock P.M. <br />on said date with all Councilmen present except Dr. George Simon, and V. D. <br />Scobert. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Representatives of the Shell Oil Com,pany appeared before the Council and <br />submitted the plans, and 1,11'. Will Robertson, representative of the Christian <br />Church, stated that the Church organization had given its approval to the plan. <br />Motion was made seconded and carried that the re~uest of the Shell Oil Company <br />be granted, with minor changes suggested, and that the City Attorney be <br />instructed to pl"epare an Ordinance for consideration at the next Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />R.
