An Ordinance altering and re-establishing the grade of East Broadway and Franklin Boulevard commencing at High street and from thence to the City Limits, by adopting the profile and specifications for improvement prepared by the engineer of the State Highway Comnission for the rebuilding and improvement of said Streets, was read the first time, and passed its second and third readings by title under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent of the Council, and was placed upon its final passage.
