"_ <br /> <br />Minutes of the ~egula~ meeting of the Common Council held at the hou~ of <br />7:30 o'cloclc P.M., Ma~ch 12,1934. Council was called to o~de~ by IvIayo~ La~ge, <br />with all Councilmen p~esent. <br /> <br />Minutes of the regula~ meeting of February 13th, and the a~jou~ned meeting <br />of Feb~ua~y 26, 1934 were ~ead and app~oved. <br /> <br />1~. Don Skene, Abst~acto~, p~esented the ~equest of A. S. Bonapa~te that the <br />City deed to him an old tract on the East side of the Wil1amette River below the <br />Ferry Street Bridge; fo~me~ly used by the City as a dump ground, to enable him <br />to complete his title in the negotiation of a Federal Loan. The mattel" was <br />refe~~ed to the Finance Committee with Power to act, and the Mayo~ and Recorde~ <br />authorized to execute a deed if deemed advisable. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Council Chambe~s, Eugene, Oregon <br />March 12, 1934. <br /> <br />t-" <br />"~;l <br />:.~ <br /> <br />..."...... <br /> <br />The Judiciary Committee reported adversely on the request of the Cashman <br />Realty Company for a ~eadjustment of the assessment against Lot 1, Block 2, Cherry <br />Grove Addition, and on motion the report of the Committee was adopted. <br /> <br />The Judiciary Committee, by Chairman Edwards, was granted further time to <br />consider the proposal of 1\11'. ~tockman as Consulting Engineer on Sewage Disposal. <br /> <br />The Finance Comilli ttee, by Chairman Hendershott, reported the following bills <br />to the Council with a recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made, <br />seconded and carried that warrants be drawn for same. The ayes and nays were <br />called, Councilmen voting aye 8, nay, none, absent none: <br /> <br />F.
