Sam Manerud for alleged injuries sustained on February 10, 1934 by reason of being struck by an automobile o'perated by Chief Bergman, and the City Recorder was instructed to refer this claim to the Insurance Company carrying the insurance on the car involved in this accident. lY :::;.~ \. '1.. \ ~ Reports for the month of February from the Police Department, City Engineer, Police Matron and :H'ire Department were presented and filed. :\ The Council, on motion, approved an agreement entered into between Francis Vlaggoner and the Finance Committee, allowing !\Tr. .Waggoner to pay City Assessments on Lot 8, Block 9, Sladden's Addition by the payment of $75.00 down and $25.00 per month, payable on,the 15th day of each month cownencing April 15, 1934, until the full amount of interest and principal is paid. ..
