<br /> with all Councilmen present except Mr. Reid.
<br /> Minutes of the regular meeting of June 11th and the adjourned meeting of
<br /> June 25th were read and approved.

<br />I the residence building in Skinner's Butte Park, but that-he Committee was not
<br /> ready to report.
<br /> That the Finance Committee had purchased the~following Bonds for Sinking
<br /> Fund Investment-s:
<br /> From Camp and Company: $3,000 Salem Sewers, due
<br /> in51948, and $5,000 Salem Sewers-due in 1949 on
<br /> a basis to yield 4.40 per cent.

<br /> From Ferris & Hardgrove; $2,000 Eugene Sewers at

<br /> Mr. Hendershott moved that the purchase of these bonds be approved by the Council
<br /> and the motion was seconded and carried.
<br /> The Finance Commit tee reported the following bills to the Council wi tha
<br /> recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made, seconded and carried
<br /> that warrants be dra~m for same. The ayes and nays were cal1e~, Councilmen voting
<br /> aye 7, nay none, absent Reid.
