Council was called to order by Mayor Large <br /> with all Co~ncilmen present except Mr. Reid. <br /> Minutes of the regular meeting of July 9th and the adjourned meeting of July <br /> 23rd were read:::and approved. <br /> ltr. Lammers and LIr. Estes appeared before the Council wi th reference to <br /> moving a house to a location on 15th Street between Lawrence and Lincoln Streets. <br /> This matter was referred to the Building Inspector. . <br />I.~ The Finance Committee, by Councilman_Hendershott, Chairman, reported the <br /> following bills to the Council with a recommendation that they be allowed, and <br /> motion was made, seconded and carried that warrants be drawn for same.
