Stephens and Grace Ste.phens as ovmers of said building, requiring them to remove said building and abate the nuisance or to render it safe within twenty days from the expiration of the five days notice, and if they fail so to do, the Council shall order said building removed. Adopted by the Common Council this loth day of Sept., 1934.
