A """II mo tion was made, seconded and carried tha t the Ci ty approve the plan and accept ~:il the responsibili ty for the compensation. Ii Mr. Cro sby Owens of the Pra tt-Owens Insurance Company presented a plan for the II registration of bicycles as a protection against theft, and offered to take care ! of all of the details of bicycle registration except the finger printing, upon !I condi tion that their firm name appear on the bicycle tags attached to the register- II ed bicycle. This matter was referred to the Police Commi ttee for consideration. I, Ii A co~n1cation from' the Water Board advised the Council that the Board had II cancelled ~94,OOO.00 of Interim Power and Light Bonds now held i,n its Sink,ing .1 funds. These being the 5 per cent .Power and Light Bonds dated September 1, 1930, Ii' callable after September 1, 1933- and due September l, 1937. 1-.
