<br /> Bids ~or the purchase of ~78,650.00 City of Lugene Funding Bonds were
<br /> opened at this time, and referred to the Finance Committee for consideration.
<br /> II After due consideration of all bids, the Finance Commi ttee, by Chairman
<br /> Hendersho tt, reported to the Council that the Commi ttee had de tennined that the
<br /> Ii bid of Ferris and Hardgrove at the rate of ~99.271 per $100.00 par value with
<br /> I: interest at 4~ per cent is the best bid and most satisfactory bid to meet the
<br /> II City's re'luirements, and moved that the City Council finds and detennines that
<br /> I: said bid is the best bid and most satisfactory to the purposes of the Ci ty, and
<br /> 'i that said bid be accepted by the City, and that all other bids be rejected and
<br /> I: bid checks returned to unsuccessful bidders. The bid referred to being hereby
