The ayes and nays <br />were called, Councilmen voting aye 5, nay none, absent Reid, Simon and Carlson. <br />The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 8416. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned to meet on April 22nd, 1935, at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.
