Councilman Harris then suggested <br />. ro.; I that Mr. Soults be asked to appear with a blue print showing the property, and <br />~\: his offer to the City, and this was so ordered. I <br />/ ::~~~ Mr. Hinkley, representing Mr. Hockley of the P.W.A. <br />., was presented to the <br />,,f Council and he reported that any P.W.A. projects would have to be submitted <br /> before September 3rd. Mr. Reid suggested that the plans for- a sewage disposal <br /> plant be submitted and he so moved. Motion was seconded and carried. Mr. <br /> Hendershott asked concerning the Fair GDounds, and it was reported that th.1s was <br /> up to the County. It was reported that as far as an election is concerned to <br /> issue and sell bonds, an election could be held at some future date. Councilman <br /> Hendershott then sugges.ted the building of a city natatorium. Councl1manLamb <br /> moved for a combination project of the construction of city barns and a new city <br /> jail.
