M. <br />of September 4th, 1935, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in <br />the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br /> <br />This meeting is called for the purpose of considering and passing <br />an ordinance authorizing the Recorder to re-advertise for bids for.the <br />sale of Refunding Improvement Bonds "G" in the amount of $113,000.00. <br /> <br />tt. M. September 4th, 1935, with all COUDC ilmen present except Zumwal t <br />and Carlson. <br /> <br />An Ordinance authorizing and directing the City Recorder of the <br />City of Eugene, to re-advertise for bids for the sale of Refunding <br />Improvement Bonda "GII, was read the first time and passed its second <br />and third readings by title under suspension of the rule by the <br />unanimous consent of the Council, and was placed upon its final <br />passage. The ayes and nays were called, Councilmen voting aye 6, <br />nay none, absent Zumwalt and Carlson. The Ordinance was de~lared <br />I passed and numbered 8442. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />C. M.
