<br /> ':,'F Minutes of the adjourned meeting of the Common Council held at the hour of
<br /> ,~ 10:-30 o'clock A. M., September 19, 1935. Council was called to order by Mayor
<br /> Large, with all Councilmen present except Carlson.
<br /> Sealed bid for the sale of $113,000.00 Refunding Improvement Bonds "G", from
<br /> E. M. Adams and Co., Atkinson, Jones and Co., Blyth and Co., Inc., Camp and Co.,
<br /> Inc., Conrad, Bruc'e and Co., Ferris and Hardgrove, and Hemphill, Fenton and
<br /> Campbell, Inc. was opened. and read, and the Finance Committee retired to consider
<br /> said bid. They returned with the recommendation that the bid be accepted. Motion
<br /> I was made and seconded to accept the Finance Committee's recommendation, and the
<br /> I ayes and nays were called, Councilmen voting aye 7, nay none, absent Carlson.

<br /> Co., Blyth and Co., Inc., Camp and Co., Inc., Conrad, Bruce and Co., Ferris and
<br /> Hardgrove, and Hemphill, Fenton and Campbell, Inc. for the p~rchase of Refunding
<br /> Improvement Bonds "G", of the City of Eugene, in the sum of $113,000.00, and
<br /> fixing the rate of interest on said bonds, was read the first time and passed
<br /> its second and third readings by title under suspension of the rule by the
<br /> I unanimous consent Df the Council, and was placed upon its final passage. The
