He felt that he should not be held for the entire, amount for bringing <br />the walk up to the level of the street, but he would pay 50 per cent of it if the <br />city would take care of the other 50 per cent. - This was held for further <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Mr. Elmer Roberts asked if there was any question about the Pin and Ball <br />machine licenses for the coming year. He pointed out that the Recorder had not <br />accepted their fees. No comment being made, the Recorder announced that all fees <br />tendered hereafter would be accepted. <br /> <br />,* <br /> <br />Councilman Lamb reported that Mr. Daniels had offered to sell to the City the <br />gas pump and tank for $75.00, but the Committee w~uld like to have additional time <br />to loo'k into the situation. Councilman Carlson pointed out that it would be a <br />good buy for $75.00, and the Street Committee were given permission to act as they <br />saw fIt. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned to meet January 27, 1936 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />C.
