<br /> granting him until August 22, 1937, the right to purchase said property
<br /> at the price set opposite the same in the contract of option, toge:ther
<br /> with interest thereon from August 22, 1936, until said option is excer-
<br /> I cised, and in case said option is not exercised before August 22, 1937,
<br /> said option shall terminate and all rights of said W. J. Lichty shall
<br /> . be lost.
<br /> Charles T. Frisbee having tendered to the city a deed for the following des-
<br /> I~ribed real estate: Commencing 100 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 4,
<br /> Block 23, Fairmount, thence ~outh 50 feet, thence East 160 feet, thence North 50
<br /> feet, and thence West 160 feet to the place of beginning, thereupon the following
<br /> resolution was unanimously adopted by the common council, to-wit:

<br /> Be it Resolved by the Common Council ~. the City of ~ugene that in con-
<br /> sideration of Charles T. Frisbee deeding said property to the City of
<br /> Eugene, absolutely and unqualifiedly, that the City of hugene hereby
<br /> directs the City Recorder and :Mayor to enter into an agreement of op-
<br /> I tion with the said Charles T. Frisbee with regard to
<br /> Commencing 100 feet South of the Northwest corner
<br /> of lot 4, Block 23, Fairmount, thence South 50

<br /> following resolution was unanimously adopted by the common council, to-wit:

<br /> sideration of George J. Wilhelm apd Cecil O. Wilhelm deeding said pro-
<br /> perty to the City,of Eugene absolutely and unqualifiedly, that the City
<br /> of Eugene hereby directs the City Recorder and Mayor to enter into an
<br /> 1 agreement of option with the said George J. Wilhelm anq Cecil O. Wil-

<br /> line of said Lot 4, 71 feet, thence North 106, feet to the
