RES 0 L UTI o N BE IT RESOLVED By the COIDITlOn Council of the City of Eugene that the Mayor and Recorder be and are hereby authorized and directed to assign to Title Abstract Company of Eugene, Oregon, the Certificate of Sale of real property on foreclosure for municipal liens, subject to the remaining liens thereon in favor of the .City of Eugene, on the following described property: Lot 6, Block 15, College Hill Park Addition, in co~sideration of the payment of Fifty-seven dollars and eighty-seven cents ($57.87). ~3 Resolution directing the Mayor and Recorder to execute a bargain and sale deed to Orren Brownson and Beatrice O.
