Forcier offer, Item #31, -the counoil rescinded its aotion, ani agreed to accept Forcier's $1000 offer with payment at the rate of $10.00 per month, plus 6% interes , 43 provided he paid down in oash the neoessary amount to cover back taxes. / C.
