<br />WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has caused the same to be appraised and

<br />l1'HEREAS, ARTHUR COMBS and WINNIFRED COMBS, husband and wlfe{ have of-
<br />ferred. the City One Hundred forty-eight and 65/100 (148.05j Dollars
<br />for said property, which according to the appraisement is all that
<br />the property is worth,

<br />NOW, THEREFORE,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Common Council of the City of Eugene that the
<br />Mayor' and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to execute a bar-
<br />gain arid sale deed to Arthur Combs and Winnifred Combs, husband and
<br />wife, for the above described property and to accept in payment
<br />therefor the sum of $148.05.
