facility or area when requested to do so by the person renting or reserving the park facility, open <br />space, or park area. <br />(20) Entering in or upon a park facility, open space, or park area, or a portion <br />of such an area, that is posted, delineated, fenced, or barricaded to close it to public use. <br />(21) Assembling, disassembling, distributing or attempting to distribute <br />bicycles or bicycle parts without the written permission of the City. <br />(22) Possessing five or more bicycles, more than three bicycles if parts are <br />missing, a bicycle frame with either gears or brake cables cut, or more than four bicycle parts. <br />1.015 HUNTING AND FIREARMS. <br />(1) In a park or open space area, no person may: <br />(a) Hunt, pursue, trap, kill, injure, molest, or disturb any wildlife. <br />(b) Discharge a firearm, pellet gun, bow and arrow, slingshot, or other <br />weapon capable of injuring a person or wildlife. <br />(2) City staff or staff from other wildlife management agencies are exempt <br />from subsection (1) of this section when performing authorized duties of their position. <br />1.020 UNCLAIMED ARTICLES. <br />No person shall leave personal property unattended. An article found in a park or <br />open space area or facility shall be turned over to the City department responsible for the park <br />area, open space area, or facility and disposed of in accordance with applicable city and state law. <br />1.025 FIRES AND FIREWORKS. <br />(1) Fires are prohibited in Spencer Butte Park and the Ridgeline Park System, <br />except prescribed vegetation management fires conducted by City staff or other authorized <br />personnel. <br />(2) Fires in all other park and open space areas shall be confined to: <br />(a) Park camp stoves or fireplaces provided for that purpose. <br />(b) Portable stoves or grills in developed park/picnic areas. Stoves, <br />grills, and other appliances or equipment designed to generate heat shall not be <br />Administrative Order — Page 23 of 36 <br />
