<br /> Upon recommendation of Building Inspector S.R. Mosher, the Council approved
<br /> condemnation of house at 2411 Potter Street, owned by the City, and the City Attorn y
<br /> was instructed to institute the necessary proceedings for removal of the same from

<br /> was badly dilapidated, constituted a fire hazard and the sanitary facilities wretch d.
<br /> He recommended that it be condemned and wrecked. Upon motion made and seconded,
<br /> his recommendation was duly approved and the city attorney instructed to commence

<br /> property at 1028 Kincaid Street, belonging to E. R. and Bessie Moon of Greensburg.
<br /> Indiana and found at the rear of the house an old building which has been converted
<br /> into small living quarters. He states that this building is a fire hazard and sani
<br /> tary facilities are very limited. He recommends that the building be condemned and
<br /> the premises cleaned and upon motion made and seconded, his recommendation was duly
<br />23 approved and the City Attorney instructed to commence condemnation proceedings.
