<br />Addition (Southeast corner of 19th Avenue and Villard Street) was presented with the
<br />recownendation that a counter offer of $1000, refunding $100 if construction is star ed
<br />in ninety days, be extended for their consideration and the recommendation was
<br />unanimously approved.

<br />west corner of 15th Avenue and Orchard Street) was presented with the recommendation
<br />that the offer be rejected and the recommendation was unanimously approved.

<br />Request was received from W. C. Clubb for a refund of $40.00, on the tract
<br />on the East side of Jefferson between 2nd and 3rd because the City is unable to get
<br />a clear title for this tract. Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee the refu d
