Councilman Koppe stated that Dolph Howard's broth r <br />was seriously in that accident and is still in the hospital from the effects. Coun il- <br />man Koppe asked the council to tUrn over this $100 that was collected as a fine fro <br />Mr. Nelson to' Mr. Howard to apply on his hospital bill. It was pointed out that <br />this money had already been turned into the general fund and if any refund was <br />made it would have to come 'out of the Emergency Fund. Councilman Bond stated that <br />Mr. Nelson was working at Finnegan's and he thought the proper thing was for Mr. <br />Howard to sue Mr. Nelson and get a jud~nent and collect it out of his wages. <br />Councilman Pennington also stated he thought this would be the proper procedure. <br />After some discussion, motion was made by Councilman Brownson, seconded by <br />Councilman Bond that this matter be referred to the City Atiorney for a report <br />back and it was ~o ordered. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />60 <br /> <br />Upon motion the council <br /> <br />adjourne'd;. .f? ~/J' /J .. <br />Jon~ ~ <br />, C ty Recorder Pro-Tem <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Note: A copy of these minutes was mailed to Mayor Elisha Large, City <br />Attorney S.
