Drury, $50.00, $5.00 cash and the balance at <br />$5.00 per month plus interest at 6% for Lot 2, Block 4, Hollenbeck Addttion <br />(100 feet East. of the Southeast corner of 14th Avenue and ~ashington Street) <br />was presented with recommendation that the offer be accepted and the recommen- <br />dation was unanimously approved. . <br /> <br />The offer of Thomas W. Fisher, $450 cash, for Lot 10, Block 25, <br />College Hill Park Addition (120 feet North of "the Northeast corner of 24th <br />Avenue and Charnelton Street) intends to build about a $4500.00 home, was <br />presented with the recommendation that the offer be accepted and upon motion <br />made and seconded the recommendation was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended the acceptance of the offer of <br />Paul W. Campbell for client, Mr. T.O. Nelson, $1000 cash, for the west 114.5 <br />feet of Lot 6, Block 3, Kelsayts Addition (Northwest conner of 16th Avenue <br />and Mill Street). . Contingent on request for permit to erect a duplex. Motion <br />was made and seconded unanimously approving the recommendation of the Committee. <br /> <br />The offer of Johm W. Finney, $250, cash for the North <br />50 feet of Lot 3, Block 7, gross Addition (100 feet West of the Southwest <br />corner of 18th Avenue and Agate Street) was presented with the recommendation <br />that a counter offer of $305 be extended for their consideration and upon <br />1 motion made and seconded the recommendation was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />The Finance Conunittee recommended a counter offer of $1300 on the offer <br />of R. Bdgstad, $75 cash for the north 67 feet of Lot 2, Block 6, Ellsworth <br />Addition 173.5 feet West and 100 feet North of the Northwest corner of 15th <br />Avenue and Mill Street) Upon motion made and seconded the recommendati0n was <br />1 unanimoulsy approved. <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommended a counter offer of $659 on the <br />offer of Christina Nelson, $500 cash, for Lot 5, Block 5, Teshn~r Addition <br />(135 feet west of the Southwest corner of 19th Avenue'and Oak Street) Plans <br />to build a $4200 hoJjJ.e within 60 days, and upon motion made and Seconded the <br />15Y recommendation was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />The offer of 'Christina Nelson, $400 cash for Lot 11, Block 12, Driver- <br />ton Addition (54 feet East.of the Southeast corner of 19th Avenue and Patterson <br />Street) intaads to build a $4000 home within 60 days, was presented with the <br />recommendation that the offer be held for the appraisal price of $700 and upon <br />16 motion made and seconded the recommendation was uhanimously approved. <br /> <br />Councilman Farrington presented the monthly bills for the month of <br />April with a recommendation that they be approved and warrants be drawn in <br />payment of the same. The ayes and nays were called, councilmen voting aye: <br />Bond, Farrington, Koppe, E.A. Barette, Ira O. Stewart, Orren Brownson, A.L <br />Hawn, and John Pennington; nay: none; absent: none.
