Councilman Koppe said he felt the matter should-be clarified at 3 I this time. After some further discussion a motion was made by Hawn and seconded by Bond that items not exceeding $50.00 could be spent by the O.C.D. without , referring them to the Council but the larger amounts than this should be taken t it up with the Council before orders were placed. The motion was carried. ! , Councilman Hawn stated that Mr. Fred E. Lamb of the Park Department and :~ Ii Mr. Clubb had reported that there were two trees in the parking that were I: dangerous and should be removed. One of the trees is on the south side of 13th, the second tree west of Kincaid and the other at the southwest corner of 4th and 4 Ii Jefferson. He stated that if these trees were removed the money would have Ii to be taken out of the emergency fund and that he would make a motion that Mr. Clubb be instructed to see what the cost of removing these trees would be and Ii to report back at the next Council meeting.
