T. H. Cullender had been considered by the Commission and the t the request had <br />,,: been denied by the Commission. Trlis letter was ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />~ The Recorder also presented a request from J. L. Cook for a rooming house at <br />10 I: 636 Willamette Street. This request was approved by Chief Bergman and it was <br />'I explained tha t this was the old Belvedere Hotel.
