I <br /> <br />Council Chambers, Eugene, Oregon <br />March 8, 1943 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The, minutes of the regular meeting of the Common Council held Monday evening <br />at 7:30 P.M. Councilman present: Barette, Brownson, Davis, Hawn, Farrington, and <br />Stewart. Absent: Koppe and Pennington. <br /> <br />The Finance Committee presented the following property offers: Offer of <br />Robert W. Prescott, $500.00 for Lots 9 and 10, Block 31, Gross Addition. It was <br />1 the recommendation of the Finance Committee that this offer be rejected and a <br />counter offer of $600.00 be made. Offer of Robert E. Keefe $400.00 for Lots 18 <br />and 19, Block 2 of Agate Plat. ,It was the recommendation of the Fihance Committee <br />that this offer be accepted. On motion made, seconded, and carried, the <br />recommendations of the Finance Committee were accepted by the Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Farrington, reporting for the Finance Committee, stated that the bills had <br />! been O.K.'d by two members of the committee, and a motion was made and seconded that <br />the bills be paid.
