Davis, <br />t~l and Ray Hicks, aSking to do outside work. A motion. was made by Hawn and seconded <br />31 by Davis that in the place of empmoyees 'making application to the Council as <br />/ ! specified in the resolution that these requests should be O.K.'d or denied by <br /> i the Mayor. On vote this motion was carried. <br /> I <br /> Councilman Hawn at this time brought up the matter of pay for'Mr. Fred Lamb, <br /> who had been injured while attending the bears. Mr. Hawn was asking that in case of <br />32 an injury to City employees that they be allowed tu use their sick leave and be I <br /> paid by the Cit"y forsick~leave time. It was pointed out that both the employee and <br /> I the, City had to state in the report to the State Industrial Accident Commission <br /> I whether or not the injured party would receive pay by the City.
