The meeting'wascalled to order by Mayor Large. All ~'l Council members present except Mr. Crumbaker. I The Mayor palled for reports of various committees: I Councilman Farrington reported on the property offers as follows, and recommended that the committee report be accepted: John'A.'Hoonihg submitted an offer of $750.00 cash for lot 7 1 block 9, Sladdens'3rd AdditiOn. (Northeast corner' 3rd and VanBuren Streets). Offer rejected and a counter offer of ~. $900.00 was made. - , Esther R~ Scott submitted an offer of'$450.00 for lot 1, 2 block 12, HOllenbeck Additibh~ ($90.00 cash and the balance at $10.00 per month plUS. interest at 6%) (Southeast corner 18th and Washington Streets). 0ffer'rejected with a counter offer of $675.00. . .
