<br /> between 16th and 17th and between Pearl and High would cost about 50 cents
<br /> I' per front foot. He stated that the grading could be done for about $15.00

<br /> I: to furnish their own gravel and he wished to hold this matter open for
<br /> 11 for further consideration. In regards to the opening of Filmore Street,
