Mr. Davis <br />III stated this wood yard was being operated on a special permit and that if cond- <br /> i itions were not satisfactory to the Council the permit should be cancelled. <br /> Mr. Davis made a motion that if Mr. LaJoie did not conform to the wishes of <br /> the Council that his permit to operate this wood yard should be cancelled on <br /> 90 days notice. This motion was secon~ed by Barette and on vote was carried. <br /> Regarding the improvement of the alley between 16th and 17th streets on High <br /> and Mill. Mr. Davis aSked for another two weeks to make a final report. <br /> Councilman Farrington reported that the monthly bills had been audited <br /> by the three members of the conwittee and was recommending that warrants be <br />12 drawn in payment of the bills.
