Mr. Davis III stated this wood yard was being operated on a special permit and that if cond- i itions were not satisfactory to the Council the permit should be cancelled. Mr. Davis made a motion that if Mr. LaJoie did not conform to the wishes of the Council that his permit to operate this wood yard should be cancelled on 90 days notice. This motion was secon~ed by Barette and on vote was carried. Regarding the improvement of the alley between 16th and 17th streets on High and Mill. Mr. Davis aSked for another two weeks to make a final report. Councilman Farrington reported that the monthly bills had been audited by the three members of the conwittee and was recommending that warrants be 12 drawn in payment of the bills.
