<br /> I Finance Committee that the salaries of Robert Roe and John Quiner be increased

<br />12' by $15.00 per month retroactive as of October 1, 1944. This $15.00 per month
<br /> I to be considered as a bonus and to apply for the balance of the fiscal year.
<br /> After some discussion by the Council a motion was made by Davis and seconded
<br /> ( by Bailey and carried that the recommendation of the Fihance Committee be
<br /> adopted.
