<br /> r were lots 14, 15,,16 in blqck 14, Fairmount, which were between 16th and 17th
<br /> " on Columbia. He stated that the building would to similiar to a garage but
<br /> I would have a window on all four. sides, be painted and put o~ skids to be moved
<br /> Ii at the request of the Council. A motion was made by Farrington a~d seconded by
<br /> I: Davis that this request be granted and that the placing of the building be under
<br /> the direction of the City Engineer.
