<br /> proposed budget for the City of Eugene beginning July 1, 1945 and ending June
<br />1 30, 1946, Mayor McNutt called for statements from taxpayers present at the meet-
<br /> ing, for oragainst the proposed budget.
<br /> There being nO taxpayers present tp appear for or against the proposed
<br /> budget CB#25, being the proposed Ordinance adopting the budget for-the fiscal
<br /> year 1945-46 was read. It was moved by Koppe, seconded by Hawn that the rules
<br /> be suspended and the Ordinance passed to second and third readings by .unanimous
<br /> consent, and- placed on final passage. The Ordinance was declared passed and
<br /> numbered 8834.
