(c) All East and West alleys between 6th Street on the North, and 11th <br />II Street on the South, and ulive street on the v'/est, Oak Street ~n the East, be made <br />. one way alleys with all travel to enter the alleys from Willamette Street. <br /> <br />I (d) Between Oa~ Street and Pearl Street and between Broadway and 10th <br />I Street running North and South be made one way alleys, with the travel going south <br />I.' and that the alley running East and West in this same block be made one way with <br />travel going east. <br /> <br />I:.
