<br /> 1. The eventual red.uction in the nwnber of policies held by' the City
<br /> from 33 to ? policies including 4 blanket coverage fire policies
<br /> carrying the 90% average c'lause; one comprehensive liability; 1 fleet, I
<br /> fire and theft; and one Inland Marine Policy.
<br /> i 2. Insurance covergge based on an actual appraisal of city buildings
<br /> I and an inventory of all furnishings and contents.
<br /> I
<br /> 3. Placed fire policies on a three-year basis.
<br /> 4. iij;stablishing a common expiration date for all pplicies.
