<br />1 This being the date set for the opening of bids for the installation of
<br /> a sanitary sewer on 23rd Street from Hilyard to Harris by installation of a sani-
<br /> tary sewer, the City ~~nager reported receipt of two bids.
<br /> :1 Upon motion the bids were ordered opened and computed as follows:
