It was moved by Davis, seco~ded by Hawn-that the request be granted for a fence I 4' high, provided that an arrangement to hold the City harmless be first ap- proved by the City Attorney. It was moved by Koppe, seconded by Hawn that the rules be suspended by unani- mous consent and the Council Bill passed to its second reading. Motion carried. \ ~
