<br />2. The placing and maintaining of 12 ,minute parking met,ers on ~
<br />Broadway adjacent to the First National Bank and on 8th Street adjacent to the
<br />U. S. National Bank and on Willamette Street, inrront of the U. S. Post Office;

<br />3. Provisions for two hour metered parking on Oak and Olive Streets
<br />and one-half block on the South,side'of Broadway from'Oak Street, East;

<br />'4. Extension of the one hour parkinglimi t to Lincoln Street on the
<br />West, High Street on the East, 5th Street on the North and 13th Street on the
<br />South, all limits to ~e inclusive of the streets named with one hour'parking on

<br />"WHEREAS, heretofore the Common Council has submitted to the Planning
<br />Commission certain changes in the classification of certain properties in,Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon, and the Planning Commission: ha,s held a hearing, adopted a
<br />permanent and final report and submitted it to:the Common, Council with the recom-
<br />mendation that the Same be enac,ted into an ordinance, and the Council has pre- .
<br />pared and given its first reading of an ordinance enacting said permanent report,
