<br />"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene, meeting
<br />in regular session March 11, 1946 that the proper City officers of the City of
<br />Eugene do and are hereby instructed to grant, bargain, selJ.. and convey unto the
<br />public for. street purposes the following described property situated in Eugene,
<br />County of Lane, Oregon, to-wit:
