Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Petition of Roy C. Andrews and 39 others relative to sewage system. for <br />43 Kincaid Park Addition No.1, was submitted and read. <br /> <br />It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Bailey that the petition be received' and <br />referred to the City Manager and Sewer Committee. <br /> <br />, Petition of James A. McCready, for sewer purposes, was submitted and read. <br /> <br />It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Hawn that the petition be granted subject <br />to approval of the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />A petition re: Concrete paving of alley between 7th Avenue West and 8th <br />48 Avenue West from Olive Street to Charnelton Street by Sara Brenner, 155 West 8th <br />and 6 others, was submitted and read. <br /> <br />, It was moved by Davis, seconded by Allen that the petition be approved and neces- <br />sary ordinances prepared. <br /> <br />A petition for a sewerage system in the vicinity of Polk on 13th Avenue <br />49 I West and between 13th and 14th Street on Polk, signed by Dale Mackey, 1322 Polk <br />, St. and 11 others, was submitted and read. <br /> <br />It was moved by Johnson, seconded by Davis that the petition be referred to the <br />Sewer Committee and City Manager. <br /> <br />ORDINANCES <br /> <br />i Coun.cil Bill No. 73 -- Re: Levying assessments for construction of <br />501 Sanitary Sewer on South side of 23rd Avenue from Hilyard to Harris Streets read <br />the first time February 11, 1946, was considered read the second time. <br /> <br />It was moved by Koppe, seconded by Hawn that the ordinance be read the ,third time <br />and placed on final passage.
