The Planning Cammission is hereby directed to adopt a tentative report and to. hald a hearing therean in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City af Eugene on Tuesday, the 4th day of June, 1946, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., after giving due natice by publicatian, once in the Eugene Register Guard. I .~. \.",4 ~ C; a: A hearing is hereby called to be held in 'the City Hall in 'the regular June Cauncil Meeting, June lOth, at 7:30 "a'clock P.M., notice of which shall be given three times in the Eugene Register Guard, which hearing shall be the 'final hearing." A resolution -- Re: Lease cantract between C. W. Kakkeler and Thea 45 Kakkeler and the, City af Eugene, was submitted and read. "BE IT RESOLVED by the Cammon Cauncil af the City af Eugene that the Mayor and, the City Manager be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver on behalf 'af the City af Eugene, the hereto. attached lease cantract between C. W. Kokkeler and Thea Kakkeler, husband and wife, and the City of Eugene." ' It was maved by Crumbaker, seconded by Davis that the resolutian be adapted. Motian carried.
