Council Bill No. 114 - Amendirrt Fire Prevention Ordinance No. 8874, was 351 submitted and read the. firs t time. It was moved by Koppe, seconded by Hawn that. the rules be suspended by unanimous consent and the ordinance read the second time. Motion carried. It was moved by Koppe, seconded by Hawn that the rules be further suspended and the ordinance passed to its third and final,reading. Rugh, was submitted and read. I "WHEREAS, heretofore Lottie N. Rugh erroneously deed to the City the I I West five feet of Lots two, e igh t and seven, all in Block 1, Rugh's Second Additio I i to Eugene, whereas she intended to deed the West five feet of the portion of the street which had been vacated next her property, and WHEREAS, Lottie N. Hugh is coincidentally with the execution of the annexed deed from the City making a deed to the City for the five feet referred to. Now Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C01~ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, That the Mayor and City Recorder be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver the attached deed." It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Crumbaker that the resolution be adopted. A resolution re: Directing execution and delivery of easement to 38 Ly nn S. and Gladys McCready, was submitted and read. "BE I 'II RESOLVED by the Common Counc il of the City of Eugene, tha tan easement be granted to Lynn S. McCready and Gladys McCready over the following described real estate, to-wit: .
