I Southwest corner of 8th Avenue West and Willamette Street Ii I Northeast corner of 8th Avenue East and Oak Street be and the, same are hereby approved and the Chief ?f Police be and he is hereby directed to erect signs carrying the recommendations in this resolution into effect."
