Motion carried. <br /> A petition from W. M. Vaughan, 2431 Harris St. and 19 others; from Wm. <br /> 15 Tugman, 2141 Harris and from Mrs. T. V. Stockman, 2435 Harris Place, total of 70 <br /> names for the improvement of Harris Street from 18th to 25th Avenues and also <br /> , Harris Place by paving with blacktop and curbing, was submitted and read. <br /> It was moved by Koppe, seconded by Hawn that the petitions be received and placed <br /> on file and that the necessary improvement ordinances be drawn.
