<br />chains to the West line of said claim, thence south 5.18 chains
<br />to the southwest corner of said claim, thence Northeasterly on
<br />the South line of said claim 10.50 chains, more or less, to
<br />the East line of said claim, thence North 3.25 chains to the
<br />place of beginning, containing 4.01 acres of land in Lane County,
<br />Oregon, together with the tenements, hereditaments and appur-

<br />, line of the Southern Pacific Company's railroad right of way,

<br />center line of the main track of said railroad, being also a
<br />corner on the north boundary of the land of the Eugene Fruit
<br />Growers Association, thence south 110 50' East 93.8 feet, along
<br />the west boundary of the land of the Eugene Fruit Growers
<br />Association, to corner in angle on the West boundary of the
<br />same, thence north 890 52' West 65.7 feet along the north
